Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Patley Cards!

All purchases on our products are final sale and unable to be returned. This is for the safety and security of our company and our beloved collectors, due to the sensitive nature in which trading cards can be mishandled, manipulated, or tampered with. 

If you require a return in the event that your order was damaged due to production or handling (not including shipping damage or missing orders, please first refer to your shipping service provider for these concerns) or your order was received incorrectly with a missing item and/or incorrect item; Patley Cards would be more than happy to assist in rectifying such errors. 

In the event such an error should occur please contact Customer Service through the Help page or directly email us at customerservice@patleycards.com and we will respond as soon as possible. 

Please ensure that your returned item is packaged securely and notify us immediately with tracking information. Patley Cards is not liable for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, please contact your shipping provider in the event of an issue. 

Upon receipt we will process and observe your return to confirm the eligibility of the item(s). Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and in the case of a replacement product an additional 5-7 days for return shipping. 

Replacements or exchanges not due to manufacturer error or damage are not provided.
