SHIPPING

Do you ship outside the US?

We currently only ship within the continental US and US territories. Due to our small-scale production, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. We’re working on changing that in the future!

Has my order been shipped yet?

Please allow us some time to process your order! We ensure that your order will be shipped and arrive in due time. Our team is always working as fast as it can to make sure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. We thank you for your patience!

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address once the package has been shipped. However, if the shipping process has not yet begun, please contact us immediately and customer service will be more than happy to assist you.

ORDERS

Can I change my order?

It depends! If your order has not yet been shipped and tracking has not yet been provided, we can change your order with no issue. However, if your order has already been fulfilled and/or shipped, we are unable to make changes as the shipping process has already begun.

I didn't get my order. :(

We're very sorry to hear that you had an issue with receiving your order. Please send an email to customerservice@patleycards.com or submit a service request through the Contact page so we can properly assist you! Unfortunately shipping comes with all kinds of possible problems and we understand that, so we will do our best to make sure you receive your package. Patley Cards cannot claim responsibility for lost or stolen packages, so please be sure to keep your tracking number and proof of delivery and contact your shipping service provider.

An item in my order is missing. / I've received the wrong items in my order.

In the event that an item in your order is missing please reach out to customer service and we will assist you in making sure you get everything that you requested. In the event that an incorrect item was mistakenly shipped to you we will provide a return label to send back the incorrect item and we will ship out the correct items to you as soon as possible at no additional cost!

Can I return my purchase?

Due to the delicate nature of security and authenticity with trading cards, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once an order is fulfilled and as a result all sales are final. This is to protect the community, and collectors like you  - once a sealed product leaves our facility, we can no longer 100% guarantee that it hasn’t been tampered with, and we cannot accept it back into our inventory. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

When is the next card release?

We currently do not have a set schedule for our releases. We do our best to let you know if something is coming, though! Sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Instagram to stay up-to-date on all of our newest products!

What are my cards worth?

We do not price our cards according to the secondary market, nor do we estimate the current or future value of our products. We conduct market research and do our best to avoid overproduction, and to maintain the quality and integrity of our cards so we can bring to you the most optimal collecting experience.

Do you make NFTs (non-fungible tokens)?

At this time, we do not mint NFTs and do not have any immediate plans to. Due to their volatile nature, we believe that NFTs are detrimental to the trading card community, and it goes against our values of making sure the collector comes first. If we feel that the NFT industry has changed to reflect our company values, we may revisit this in the future - but for now, it doesn’t seem to be the case for a long time.
